Invent-Tech contacted by multi-million dollar household products manufacturer for potential business relationship…

Good afternoon, Juan C. Blanco, Invent-Tech’s Director of Product Licensing, with our second Thursday update.  In a testament to our rock-solid reputation as a company that can supply innovation to a host of different industries through our inventors’ product ideas, Invent-Tech has been contacted by the Product Development Manager of a major name in the household products industry to explore the possibility of initiating an ongoing business relationship.

This Florida-based company, which controls multiple brands besides the one that serves as its namesake, garnered close to $ 500 million in net sales in 2006 worldwide and has been an established entity in the multi-billion dollar household products industry for decades. Additionally, this company also boasts a burgeoning multi-branded beauty and personal care product line that adds significantly to their profits and diversity.

To this point, we have had e-mail communication with the aforementioned Product Development Manager and have discussed confidentiality policies specifically. Our major concern, no matter how attractive the prospect of working with a company might be, is to insure that the privacy and security of our inventors’ product ideas is guaranteed. We are therefore waiting to hear feedback from them on Invent-Tech’s confidentiality policies, and their response will determine the next step in what we hope will be a long-term and fruitful relationship.
