Invent-Tech makes yet another promising contact during Day 3 of the National Hardware Show 2007…

Good afternoon, Juan C. Blanco, Invent-Tech’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in for the first time today regarding Day 3 of the National Hardware Show 2007. Although the overall traffic appears to have decreased based on the reports from my colleagues earlier, that certainly does not mean that there aren’t quality contacts to be made on this final day.

This was demonstrated earlier when a company specializing in a variety of tools approached the Invent-Tech booth and had an extensive conversation with two members of our trade show team. The company representative explained that they had full manufacturing and marketing capabilities for the diverse group of tools they produced from their Minnesota-based headquarters, and that they had worked with inventors in the past. Typical royalty rate ranges that the company usually deals in were even discussed, which is always a great qualifier for our purposes. A company that brings up pertinent aspects of licensing such as royalties on their own usually is a company that is extremely receptive to our business model, methodologies, and our ultimate goal of achieving licensing success for every invention we represent!

As customary, our trade show representatives provided this gentleman with an overview of Innovation Direct™, and all parties agreed that it will be the optimal method for Invent-Tech to consistently provide this company with the latest product ideas that will be potentially relevant to them based on their stated preferences.

The curtain for Day 3, and the Hardware Show 2007 overall, drops at 3pm Eastern time, a couple of hours earlier than the first 2 days. Nevertheless, we will have more updates as the afternoon progresses. Check back later!
