Invent-Tech approached by company with diverse product lines for ongoing relationship …

Good afternoon, Juan C. Blanco, Invent-Tech’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with an afternoon update to get our Tuesday started. We have exchanged e-mail communications today with the Research and Development manager of a Las Vegas-based company with multiple product lines that came across the Invent-Tech website and is interested in forging a relationship with our company.

As customary, we have already elaborated on the level of development that the majority of the product ideas that we represent possess, as well as our confidentiality procedures. We received a return e-mail from the company representative letting us know that his firm was amenable to our policies and also requesting that we send him preliminary, non-confidential information on more than the 10-15 product ideas I had initially suggested we start off with. I did respond and confirmed that we would begin our searches through the database right away and would try to have an Innovation Direct™ package of preliminary, non-confidential information for at least 25 product ideas to him via e-mail by the end of the week.

The company, which has been in the direct response (informerical) industry for 14 years, has had a score of very successful product campaigns over that time period on television, as per their official website. They have presently requested that we concentrate on sending them kitchen and beauty products, but made sure to emphasize that they would be interested in reviewing a wider selection of categories in the future.
