Invent-Tech’s trade show representatives have new tool to connect clients with manufacturers

March 16th, 2006

The Invent-Tech team of manufacturer specialists has a new tool at their disposal to assist them in reaching manufacturers more efficiently. Invent-Tech’s new Innovation Direct™ service enables Invent-Tech’s representatives to provide manufacturers with products specifically tailored to their needs on a regular basis.

One of the most decisive considerations a manufacturer makes when evaluating their interest in an invention is whether the product fits into their current product line. Innovation Direct™ provides receptive manufacturers with monthly updates about Invent-Tech products that match their areas of specialty.

Innovation Direct™ will target the exposure of Invent-Tech clients’ inventions to manufacturers, as a complement to the current channels they pursue. The best part about Innovation Direct™ is that manufacturers choose to receive these updates and decide what types of products they are interested in reviewing. They can receive information about any number of categories and it will be delivered conveniently via email when they want it.

While attending the 2006 International Home & Housewares trade show in Chicago, Invent-Tech’s trade show representatives forged numerous new manufacturer relationships and also continued the networking process with companies they have spoken to or worked with in the past. Many of these manufacturers subscribed to Innovation Direct™, and Invent-Tech expects this outlet to generate many successful licensing negotiations in the future.

This is yet another example of Invent-Tech, the nation’s preeminent Inventor Assistance company, devising an extremely beneficial and dynamic process for both clients and manufacturers. Invent-Tech implements and improves services for their clients every day. With the introduction of Innovation Direct™, Invent-Tech is taking steps to better assist manufacturers in leveraging the ingenuity of America’s inventors.

In the last couple of years I have noticed something interesting about this business. It is very simular to the Music Recording Industry. In saying that, the Music industry is being turned upside down due too broadband and computer software. The recording Companies got fat and happy picking and choosing there “products” brought to them by their A+r guys. These A+R guys were politically motivated. If an Artist didn’t “Know Anyone” they could not get a deal no matter how good their product(music) was. I see the same thing happening to the DRTV industry, being turned upside down by Software, Broadband and the internet - Its people like YOU (Invent-Tech) who will lead the way to a new begining for people like ME(the Inventor). In saying this…. I have a suggestion. How about incorporating streaming video of you protected products to your clients from this site. Sort of like, you air(stream) short form video clips to your clients, buyers and manufacturers weeding out non interested potential clients and allowing people to see what marketing can do for products with and without potential.

I think soon ordinary people will start using broadband and streaming video to bypass Infomercial companies. In essence, the inventor will be his or her own Infomercial company. Just like what is hapening to the recording Industry where musicians are recording at home and selling there products via broadband mp3 on the net.

Invent-tech can be first to extend this service to ordinary people with creative minds. There are millions of house holds with broadband and there will be many more millions. Invent_tech can be there own “broadband Infomercial Company” streaming videos of your products to the masses.
Verizon is bringing fiber (FIOS) to the door step. This means people will be watching their computers like TV…… The age of the JETSON’S will really be here. Think about it…. Computers, Software, Broadband and great ideas will be the future.
