March proves to be eventful and productive for Invent-Tech and its clients…

March 26th, 2006

Greetings, Juan C. Blanco, Invent-Tech’s Director of Product Licensing, here with a weekend update. As we come to the end of March, we look back on what has been a landmark month.

For starters, March marked the launching of new and exciting initiatives. The Invent-Tech Network was introduced as a vehicle for our company to inform, educate, and communicate the latest pertinent information related to trade shows, licensing, and positive developments with our clients’ new product ideas. We are pleased to report that this has been overwhelmingly well received . Additionally, Innovation Direct™, our new manufacturer product idea subscription service, was announced and sign-ups were accepted for the first time at the International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago. Invent-Tech’s goal is for this unique service to become a highly effective means of placing our inventors’ new product ideas in the hands of those who have the ability to potentially convert them into profitable products in the consumer market.

March also saw several of our clients’ new product ideas become the subject of licensing agreements with companies that appear to be committed to making them a success. There are still a few days left in the month and at least one other possible agreement currently being discussed with a company at this time.

Finally, we had a very positive experience at the International Home and Housewares Show in Chicago. We are in the midst of our follow-up with the many companies we met, and are also preparing for our initial participation in the Kitchen and Bath Industry show in April. From what we’ve read about this upcoming event, it has the potential to become a long-term part of our trade show itinerary.

April promises to bring a host of new positive developments for our clients, and we will be updating you about those here in this space.
