Compliance seminar serves as a prime example of Invent-Tech’s commitment to quality service…

Good afternoon, Juan C. Blanco, Invent-Tech’s Director of Product Licensing checking in once again. This morning the Manufacturer’s Response Team had the pleasure of participating in a session designed to serve as an overview of the compliance component of Invent-Tech’s Quality Assurance program.

In its ongoing quest to provide the highest caliber of inventor assistance services possible, Invent-Tech has maintained a Quality Assurance program that requires all departments and services within the company to adhere to stringent standards of accuracy and integrity. Additionally, Invent-Tech retains the services of an outside firm in a consultant capacity, in order to further insure that all written and verbal communication between Invent-Tech and its clientele appropriately reflects the company’s scope of services.

The session our department attended today is a requirement for all Invent-Tech employees who deal directly with inventors within their job functions. Not only was it of value from an educational point of view, it serves to further promote Invent-Tech’s unwavering belief in assisting inventors through the most effective means possible to its own employees.
